Once you find the perfect vehicle through RubyCar, we want to end your buying process on a high note. When you schedule delivery (eligibility is based on your zip code), we will bring your vehicle to you. We strive to be your one-stop shop for an awesome online car-buying experience. Helpful Hints to Plan for Your Delivery
Make sure your new vehicle is added to your insurance and have these items on hand when we deliver your vehicle:
1. One of the following forms of identification:
- Drivers License
- State or Government Issued ID
2. One of the following valid insurance documents:
- Insurance Card
- Insurance Policy Documents
Frequently Asked Questions
You can opt to have your RubyCar delivered to you. Our delivery is fast and convenient, bringing your new RubyCar Gem right to your home. RubyCar delivery is free within 300 miles. Outside of this range a separate fee will be charged at checkout.
You have 7 days or 300 miles (whichever comes first) to ensure your RubyCar is right for you. If it isn't, we can help you exchange it for another vehicle of your liking or provide a refund of the purchase price.
In most cases, we can handle the necessary title and registration paperwork with you at the time of delivery. We then work with the DMV to complete the registration process.
We'll schedule the pickup date for your trade at the same time as you schedule your delivery.
You will need the following information:
- Your KBB Instant Cash Offer certificate
- Your vehicle title - If you don't have a title because your car is financed, bring your lienholder information. If your car is leased, check with your leasing company to find out what paperwork they require.
- Your vehicle registration
- A valid driver's license or other government-issued photo ID
- All keys, keyless remotes and manuals
- Service and repair records
While we have conducted an extensive inspection on all of our vehicles, the state and local regulators in which your vehicle is to be registered likely requires you to have it inspected after you take ownership. Rest assured, our Guides are here to assist you with this unavoidable step.
