RUBYCAR HOLIDAY SALE DISCOUNT PROMOTION

1. PROMOTION DETAILS: Each customer may receive one discount off the pre-Discount purchase price of select vehicles in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) (the "Discount"), at consummation of the purchase of a designated pre-owned vehicle from RubyCar by Avis ("Sponsor") between 12:01 a.m. EDT on November 15, 2024, and 11:59 p.m. EDT on December 31, 2024. (the "Promotion Period"). To be eligible for the Discount, the vehicle must be listed on the dedicated inventory page for the RubyCar Holiday Sale Promotion. The Discount will be taken off of the final pre-Discount purchase price to be paid by the customer as identified on the sale listing for the qualifying vehicle on the dedicated page on Sponsor's website. The number of Discounts that will be awarded is subject to vehicle availability. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of the Discount to others, or requests for the cash equivalent by the purchasing customer is permitted. To qualify for the Discount, the purchase must be of a vehicle selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion for eligibility for the Discount, the customer much use the Promotion code blackfriday at checkout, and the customer must consummate the purchase of an eligible vehicle during the Promotion Period.
2. RETURNS. If a recipient of a Discount returns the purchased vehicle, the eligibility for the Discount is forfeited immediately. Sponsor reserves the right to offset the amount of any funds that have been awarded as a Discount against any refund or credit that otherwise may be due to the recipient of the Discount.
3. RELEASE, INDEMNIFICATION, AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this Promotion, each customer hereby releases, waives all right to, indemnifies, and holds the Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries, harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Discount. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Sponsor will not be responsible for: a purchaser's failure to receive Discount notices due to purchaser's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for purchaser's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Promotion; by any human error which may occur in the processing of data with respect to this Promotion; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Promotion, or announcement of the Discounts. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this Promotion in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor.
